Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your CRKD NEO S controller using the provided USB-C cable. Connect the cable to the USB-C port on the top edge of the controller and to a compatible USB power source.

2. Wireless Connection (Bluetooth)

The CRKD NEO S connects wirelessly via Bluetooth to various devices. The controller can seamlessly switch between paired devices.

• Nintendo Switch: Navigate to "Controllers" > "Change Grip/Order" on your Switch. Press and hold the pairing button on the CRKD NEO S until the indicator lights flash, then release. The controller will pair automatically. The controller can also wake the Switch from sleep mode.
• PC/Mobile/Smart TV/Steam Deck/Legion Go/Rog Ally: Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and search for new devices. Select "CRKD NEO S" from the list to pair.

3. Mobile Companion App Pairing

For advanced customization and to reveal your product's unique number and rarity, download the official CRKD mobile companion app. Your phone needs NFC to first add the controller to your collection. Once added, you can connect via Bluetooth to access the CRKD CTRL Dashboard.
