Setup Guide

1. Initial Placement

Place the projector on a stable, flat surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the device to prevent overheating. The projector can be positioned for front, rear, or ceiling mount projection.

2. Power Connection

Connect the provided power cable to the projector's power input port and then plug it into a standard electrical outlet. The projector is designed for immediate use upon power-up.

3. Initial Power On

Press the power button on the projector or the remote control to turn on the device. The main interface will appear on the projection surface.

Operating Instructions

1. Image Adjustment

• Auto Keystone Correction: The projector features digital ±50° 4D/4P auto keystone correction. This automatically adjusts the image to be rectangular, even if the projector is placed at an angle.
• Zoom Function: Adjust the screen size from 100% to 50% using the remote control without physically moving the projector.

2. Connectivity Options

The HORLAT projector offers multiple ways to connect your devices:

• HDMI Ports (x2): Connect devices such as TV sticks, laptops, gaming consoles, or Blu-ray players using the provided HDMI cable.
• USB Port (x1): Directly play media files (Excel, Word, PDF) from a USB flash drive.
• Wi-Fi Connectivity: Supports 5G+2.4G dual-band Wi-Fi for high-speed wireless rates. This enables seamless screen mirroring from compatible devices.
• Bluetooth 5.2: Connect to external audio devices like Bluetooth speakers, soundbars, or headphones for enhanced audio. (Note: Bluetooth does not support connecting to smartphones or Alexa for mirroring, only audio devices).
• AV Input: Connect older devices using the AV cable.
• Audio Output: Connect external headphones or speaker systems via the dedicated audio output port.

3. Screen Mirroring (Eshare App)

The projector utilizes the latest Eshare screen synchronization technology for smooth mirroring from your smartphone or tablet. To use this feature:

1. Ensure your smartphone/tablet and the projector are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Download the "EShare" app from your device's app store (available for iOS and Android).
3. Open the EShare app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your projector.
4. Once connected, you can mirror your device's screen to the projector without significant lag.

Note: Copyrighted content from streaming services like Netflix may require connection via a TV stick or HDMI cable due to digital rights management.

4. Bluetooth Speaker Mode

The projector can function as a standalone Bluetooth speaker. Its powerful built-in dual speakers provide a clear and crisp sound experience. Activate Bluetooth Speaker Mode from the projector's main menu and connect your audio device.

5. Touch Panel Controls

The projector features a blue-light touch panel with all essential functions, offering intuitive and silent operation compared to traditional mechanical buttons.

6. Sleep Timer

Utilize the Sleep Timer feature to automatically shut down the projector after a set period, helping to conserve energy.

Maintenance

• Dust Sealing Design: The projector incorporates a fully sealed optical engine to effectively block dust, reducing the occurrence of black spots and light leakage on the projection.

• No Image/Poor Image Quality:

• Screen Mirroring Lag:
  • Ensure both devices are on a stable 5G Wi-Fi network if available.

• No Audio/Poor Audio Quality:
  • Check volume settings on both the projector and connected device.
  • Ensure external Bluetooth speakers are properly paired and charged.
