1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the TuTu VIDAA Smart TV. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your television. Please read it thoroughly before using the device and retain it for future reference.

1.1 Safety Information

  • Ensure the television is placed on a stable surface to prevent tipping.
  • Do not expose the TV to rain or moisture to avoid fire or electric shock hazards.
  • Keep ventilation openings clear to prevent overheating.

2. Setup

2.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove the TV and all accessories from the packaging. Verify that all components listed in the packing list are present.

2.2 Attaching the Stand

The television includes table mounting supports. Follow these steps to attach them:

  1. Place the TV face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent screen damage.
  2. Align the stand bases with the corresponding slots on the bottom of the TV.
  3. Secure the stands using the provided screws. Ensure they are firmly attached.

2.3 Wall Mounting (Optional)

If you prefer wall mounting, you will need to purchase a compatible wall mount separately. The TV supports VESA 100 x 100 mm mounting standards. Follow the instructions provided with your wall mount kit.

2.4 Connecting Peripherals

Connect your external devices to the TV's ports:

2.5 Initial Configuration

After connecting the power cord and turning on the TV, the initial setup wizard will guide you through:

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Remote Control Overview

The included remote control allows you to navigate the TV's functions. Common buttons include Power, Volume Up/Down, Channel Up/Down, Input Source, Home (for VIDAA OS), Navigation (Up/Down/Left/Right), OK, Back, and dedicated app buttons.

3.2 Power On/Off

Press the Power button on the remote control or the TV to turn the television on or off. A short press will put the TV into standby mode; a long press will fully power it off.

3.3 Navigating VIDAA OS

The TuTu Smart TV operates on the VIDAA OS. Press the Home button on your remote to access the main interface. Use the navigation buttons to browse through applications, settings, and input sources. Press OK to select an item.

3.4 App Store Usage

The integrated APP Store allows you to download and install various applications such as Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Prime Video, and HBB TV. Navigate to the App Store icon on the home screen, select it, and browse for desired applications.

3.5 Input Source Selection

Press the Input Source button on your remote to switch between connected devices (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI 3, AV, TV Tuner, Media Player).

3.6 Channel Tuning

After initial setup, you can manually rescan for channels if needed. Access the TV settings, navigate to the 'Channel' or 'Broadcast' section, and select 'Auto Scan' or 'Manual Scan' for DVB-T2 (terrestrial), DVB-C (cable), or DVB-S2 (satellite) signals.

3.7 Media Playback (USB)

Insert a USB storage device containing compatible media files (photos, music, videos) into a USB port. The TV's media player will typically launch automatically or can be accessed from the Home screen. Navigate and select files for playback.

3.8 Network Connection (Wi-Fi)

To connect to a wireless network, go to Settings > Network > Wi-Fi. Select your network from the list and enter the password. The TV also supports mobile app control via Wi-Fi, allowing you to use your smartphone as a remote or for screen sharing.

3.9 Hotel Mode

4. Maintenance
