2. Window Kit and Exhaust Hose Installation
The exhaust hose expels hot air outdoors. Proper installation is crucial for efficient cooling.
- Attach the exhaust hose to the adaptor.
- Connect the adaptor to the exhaust air outlet on the back of the unit.
- Assemble the window slide bar kit according to your window size (minimum 9 inches / 23 cm, maximum 47 inches / 120 cm).
- Insert the window slide bar kit into the window opening.
- Connect the other end of the exhaust hose to the opening in the window slide bar.
- Ensure all connections are secure to prevent hot air from re-entering the room.

3. Drainage Setup
The unit features an auto-evaporative system, which typically handles condensation. However, for continuous drainage, especially in high humidity, you can connect a drain hose.
- Locate the continuous drainage hole at the back of the unit.
- Connect a suitable drain hose (not included, unless specified) to this outlet.
- Direct the other end of the drain hose to a floor drain or a collection bucket, ensuring it is lower than the unit's drain outlet for gravity flow.

Air Filter Cleaning
Clean the mesh air filter every two weeks or more frequently depending on usage and air quality.
- Unplug the air conditioner from the power outlet.

- Remove the side air filter.
- Vacuum the filter to remove dust and debris, or rinse it with warm water.
- Allow the filter to dry completely before reinserting.

Water Drainage
The unit has an auto-evaporative system. If the internal water tank becomes full, the unit will stop operating and display an error code (e.g., "FL" for full). In such cases, or for long-term storage, manual drainage is required.
- Turn off the unit and unplug it.
- Place a shallow pan or tray under the drainage outlet at the bottom rear of the unit.
- Remove the drain plug to allow water to flow out.
- Once drained, replace the drain plug securely.

Image: Highlights the dehumidification capacity of approximately 19 liters per day, equivalent to about 9.5 two-liter PET bottles, emphasizing its effectiveness during rainy seasons.
Internal Purification Function
To prevent mold and maintain cleanliness, run the fan for a while after stopping operation to dissipate internal heat and humidity. This function helps reduce the risk of unpleasant odors and allergies caused by mold.

Seasonal Storage
- Before storing, ensure all water is drained from the unit.
- Clean the air filter and allow it to dry.
- Store the unit in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Cover the unit to protect it from dust.
