3.3 Software Updates

Ensure your watch's software is up to date for optimal performance and new features. Updates are typically managed through the OHealth App on your paired smartphone. Follow the app's instructions for downloading and installing updates.

4. Troubleshooting

4.1 Common Issues and Solutions

  • Watch not pairing: Ensure Bluetooth is on, the OHealth app is installed, and your phone meets the Android 8.0+ and GMS 23.45.23+ requirements. Restart both devices and try again.
  • Short battery life: Check if you are in Smart Mode or Power Saver Mode. Heavy use of GPS, continuous heart rate monitoring, and numerous notifications can reduce battery life. Adjust settings in the OHealth app.
  • Inaccurate health data: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, not too tight or too loose. Clean the sensors regularly. Note that the watch is not a medical device, and data is for fitness and wellness reference only.
  • Apps not syncing: Verify your watch is connected to your phone via Bluetooth and the OHealth app is running in the background. Check for pending software updates.
