Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your gaming chair.
- Attach Caster Wheels to Base: Insert the five caster wheels into the holes at the end of each leg of the five-star base. Push firmly until they click securely into place.
- Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the five-star base. Ensure it is seated firmly.
- Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat base. Secure it with the provided screws, ensuring the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Tighten all screws evenly.
- Attach Armrests to Seat: Secure the armrests to the seat base using the provided screws. Do not overtighten initially to allow for minor adjustments, then tighten fully once aligned.
- Attach Backrest to Seat: Align the backrest with the metal brackets on the seat base. Secure with screws. Ensure a snug fit.
- Place Seat Assembly onto Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered and stable.
- Attach Side Covers: Once the backrest is securely attached, snap the plastic side covers over the metal brackets to conceal the screws and provide a finished look.
- Attach Cushions: Place the headrest cushion and lumbar support cushion onto the chair. The lumbar cushion can be adjusted vertically for optimal comfort.

Operating Instructions
Height Adjustment
To adjust the chair's height, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat upwards. While holding the lever, apply weight to lower the chair or lift your weight to raise it. Release the lever to lock the height at your desired position.
Recline Adjustment
To recline the backrest, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat (separate from the height lever) upwards. Lean back to the desired angle and release the lever to lock the position. To return to an upright position, pull the lever and lean forward.

Armrest Adjustment
The 3D armrests can be adjusted in multiple directions: height, forward/backward, left/right swivel, and inward/outward angle. Use the buttons or levers on the armrests to unlock and adjust to your preferred position, then release to lock.

RGB Lighting Control
Use the provided RGB remote control to change lighting colors, effects, and brightness. Ensure the chair's RGB system is properly powered on (e.g., via a USB connection to a power source or internal battery, if applicable). Refer to the remote's specific instructions for detailed functions.

Maintenance
- Cleaning Fabric Surfaces: Wipe fabric surfaces with a damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive soap solution. Blot spills immediately. Avoid saturating the fabric.
- Caster Wheels: Periodically check caster wheels for accumulated hair, dust, or debris. Clean them as needed to ensure smooth and quiet movement.
- Hardware Inspection: Regularly inspect all screws, bolts, and connections to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten any loose hardware to maintain stability and safety.
- Gas Lift: Do not lubricate the gas lift cylinder. If the gas lift is not functioning correctly, contact customer support for assistance.
Troubleshooting
Chair does not adjust height.
Ensure the height adjustment lever is fully engaged and pulled upwards. Check if the gas lift cylinder is properly seated in both the five-star base and the seat mechanism. If the issue persists, the gas lift may need replacement.
Chair squeaks.
Check all screws and bolts for tightness, especially where the backrest connects to the seat and the mechanism to the seat. Re-tighten any loose hardware. A small amount of silicone lubricant can be applied to moving metal parts, but avoid the gas lift cylinder.
Caster wheels do not roll smoothly.
Inspect the wheels for trapped debris such as hair, lint, or carpet fibers and remove them. Ensure all wheels are securely inserted into the five-star base.
RGB lighting is not working.
Verify that the RGB system is properly connected to a power source (e.g., USB cable). Ensure the remote control has working batteries and is pointed correctly at the chair's RGB receiver. Check for any loose connections.
