Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including:
- Read all instructions.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
- A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the hazards resulting from entanglement or tripping over a longer cord.
- Do not place anything on top of the appliance while in use.
- Ensure the basket is properly inserted before operating.
- Automatic shutoff technology ensures added safety by turning off the fryer when cooking finishes or the basket is removed.

Cooking Tips
- For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes before adding food.
- Smaller items usually require a slightly shorter cooking time than larger items.
- Shaking smaller items halfway through cooking optimizes the end result and can help prevent unevenly fried items.
- Add a little oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result. Fry your ingredients in the air fryer within a few minutes after you have added the oil.
- Snacks that can be prepared in an oven can also be prepared in the air fryer.
- The optimal amount for preparing crispy fries is 1 lb.

The air fryer cooks food up to three times quicker than a conventional oven, using little to no oil.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and performance of your air fryer.
- Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
- The air fryer basket and crisper tray are dishwasher safe. For hand washing, use hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean them, as this may damage the non-stick coating.
