• Do not place the crib near windows where cords from blinds or drapes could strangle a child.
• Do not place items with a string or cord around a child's neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Do not suspend strings over a crib or attach strings to toys.
• Ensure the crib mattress used is a standard full-size crib mattress (sold separately) that fits snugly without gaps.
• This product is JPMA Certified, meaning it has been tested by third-party, accredited laboratories to meet or exceed all applicable voluntary and mandatory safety standards.

Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the Graco Olivia 3-in-1 Convertible Crib is required. Please ensure you have all included components before beginning. It is recommended that two adults assemble the crib.

Operating Instructions

Adjusting Mattress Height:

The Graco Olivia crib features 4 adjustable mattress height positions. To adjust the mattress height:

1. Remove the mattress from the crib.
2. Unscrew the bolts securing the mattress support frame to the end panels.
3. Carefully lower or raise the mattress support frame to the desired position.
4. Re-insert and securely tighten all bolts. Ensure the mattress support is level and stable.
5. Replace the mattress.

Important: Always use the lowest mattress position when your child begins to push up on their hands and knees, or can sit unassisted, to prevent them from climbing out.

Converting to Toddler Bed:

To convert the crib into a toddler bed, you will need a compatible toddler guardrail kit (sold separately, model number 01340-50x). Follow the instructions provided with the guardrail kit for proper installation. This conversion is suitable for children who are able to climb out of the crib but are not yet ready for a standard bed.

To convert the crib into a daybed, remove the front side rail. No additional parts are typically required for this conversion. Ensure the mattress support is at the lowest position for safety.
