4. Setup
4.1 Attaching the Tripod Stand
- Locate the 1/4" tripod socket on the bottom of the fan unit.
- Screw the tripod stand securely into the socket until firm.
- Adjust the fan's tilt to your desired angle (up to 60°).
4.2 Using the Built-in Handle
The fan features a built-in handle for easy portability. This handle can also be used to hang the fan or adjust its angle by 180°.

5. Charging
5.1 Charging the Fan
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the fan's charging port.
- Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
- The battery indicator lights will illuminate to show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 5.5 hours.
5.2 Battery Indicator
Press the power button briefly to display the battery level for 30 seconds. The indicator lights represent the remaining charge:
- 1 light: <25%
- 2 lights: 25-50%
- 3 lights: 50-75%
- 4 lights: 75-100%

The V1040 can act as a power bank. Connect your device to the fan's USB-A output port using your device's charging cable to charge it on the go.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off and Speed Control
Use the power button on the fan or the remote control to turn the fan on/off and cycle through the 4 fan speeds. The fan operates quietly due to its BLDC motor.
6.2 Remote Control
The included remote control allows for convenient adjustment of fan speed and timer settings from a distance. It features a magnetic attachment for easy storage on the fan unit.
6.3 Timer Function
Activate the timer function via the fan's controls or the remote. You can set the fan to automatically turn off after 1, 2, 3, or 4 hours.

6.4 Air Circulation

7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning the Fan Blades
To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean the fan blades:
- Ensure the fan is turned off and disconnected from any power source.
- Gently twist the front safety cage counter-clockwise to detach it.
- Wipe the fan blades with a soft, dry cloth. The blades are non-removable.
- Clean the detachable grill with water and mild soap if necessary, then dry thoroughly.
- Align the arrows and grooves, then twist the front grill clockwise to re-install it until it clicks into place.

8. Troubleshooting
- Fan not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and check the battery indicator.
- Weak airflow: Check for obstructions around the fan blades. Clean the blades and front grill if dusty. Ensure the fan is on a higher speed setting.
- Remote control not working: Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the fan. Check if the remote's battery needs replacement (if applicable).
- Device not charging from power bank function: Ensure the fan has sufficient charge. Verify the charging cable is securely connected to both the fan's USB-A output and your device.
