Introduction
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your RUIZHI 12V DC 200A Remote Battery Disconnect Switch. This device is designed to remotely interrupt the power supply from your vehicle's battery, preventing discharge during periods of inactivity and offering an additional layer of anti-theft protection. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and use to ensure proper function and safety.
Safety Information
- Always disconnect the negative terminal of the battery before beginning any electrical work on your vehicle to prevent electrical shock or short circuits.
- Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated to avoid arcing or fire hazards.
- Do not overload the switch. The continuous working current is 200A, and the instantaneous starting current is 250A. Exceeding these limits can damage the device and pose a safety risk.
- The switch housing is made of flame-retardant materials. It is normal for the fuselage temperature to reach 70-80°C under full load, and engine compartment temperatures can reach 100°C.
- The two thin wires of the switch must be connected to the positive and negative terminals of the battery. The red wire connects to the positive terminal (Pin 86), and the black wire connects to the negative terminal (Pin 85). These connections must not be reversed.

- Connect Control Wires:
- Connect the red wire (Positive Pole 86 pin) to the positive terminal of the battery.
- Connect the black wire (Negative Pole 85 pin) to the negative terminal of the battery.
Important: The red and black control wires must be connected correctly to the battery's positive and negative terminals, respectively. Do not reverse these connections.
- Connect Original Battery Cable: Remove the original battery main line and connect it to Pin 87 of the switch.
- Secure Connections: Ensure all connections are tight and secure. Use the provided insulating sleeve for added protection.
