Setup

Initial Setup and Time Setting:

  1. Unscrew the Crown: If your watch has a screw-down crown, gently unscrew it counter-clockwise until it springs out to position 1.
  2. Set the Time: Pull the crown out to position 2 (or the furthest position). Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the hour and minute hands. Ensure the AM/PM is correctly set if your watch has a date function that changes at midnight.
  3. Set the Date (if applicable): Push the crown back to position 1 (the first click out from the case). Turn the crown to adjust the date. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this can damage the movement.
  4. Secure the Crown: Once time and date are set, push the crown back into the case. If it's a screw-down crown, push it in and screw it clockwise until it is firmly secured against the case to maintain water resistance.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

  • Regularly clean your watch with a soft, dry cloth.
  • For stainless steel cases and bracelets, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by drying with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Avoid using chemical cleaning agents, as they can damage the watch's finish or seals.

Water Resistance:

Your watch is water-resistant up to 10 bar (100 meters / 330 feet). This makes it suitable for swimming and showering. However, it is crucial to ensure the crown is fully pushed in and, if applicable, screwed down before any contact with water. Do not operate the pushers or crown while the watch is wet or submerged.
