5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Powering On Your PC

Once all components are installed and cables are connected, replace the side panels. Connect your monitor, keyboard, mouse, and power cable to the PC. Flip the switch on your power supply to the 'ON' position, then press the power button on the front of the case.

5.2. ARGB Lighting Control

The Xigmatek Endorphin WD comes with four pre-installed 120mm ARGB fans. These fans can be controlled via your motherboard's ARGB software (if your motherboard supports 5V 3-pin ARGB headers) or through a dedicated ARGB controller if one is included or purchased separately. Refer to your motherboard or controller manual for specific instructions on changing lighting effects.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance helps ensure optimal performance and longevity of your PC components.

  • Dust Filters: The case is equipped with dust filters to prevent dust buildup. Periodically remove and clean these filters with compressed air or by washing them with water (ensure they are completely dry before reinstallation).
  • Interior Cleaning: Every few months, open the case and use compressed air to remove dust from fans, heatsinks, and other components.
  • Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the finish or the wooden facade.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • PC Not Powering On: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the PSU and the wall outlet. Check that the PSU switch is in the 'ON' position. Verify that the front panel power switch cable is correctly connected to the motherboard.
  • Fans Not Spinning/ARGB Not Working: Check all fan and ARGB connections to the motherboard or controller. Ensure power cables are connected to the fans/controller. Verify that ARGB software is correctly configured.
  • No Display Output: Ensure your monitor is connected to the graphics card (not the motherboard's integrated graphics ports, unless you are using integrated graphics). Reseat your graphics card and RAM modules.
  • Overheating: Ensure all case fans are spinning correctly and are oriented to provide adequate airflow (intake and exhaust). Clean dust filters and internal components.
