Safety Information

Setup Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Ensure you have a suitable, weighted umbrella base (not included) placed on a flat, stable surface.
  2. Assemble the Pole: Connect the upper pole section to the lower pole section. Align the spring button on one section with the hole on the other and push until it clicks into place.
  3. Insert into Base: Carefully insert the assembled pole into your umbrella base. Tighten any securing knobs on the base to hold the pole firmly.
  4. Unfurl Canopy: Gently unfasten the securing strap around the folded canopy.

Operating Instructions

Opening the Umbrella:

  1. Locate the crank handle on the lower pole section.
  2. Turn the crank handle clockwise to slowly open the umbrella canopy. Continue turning until the canopy is fully extended and taut. Do not overtighten.

Closing the Umbrella:

  1. Turn the crank handle counter-clockwise to slowly retract the umbrella canopy.
  2. Once fully closed, secure the canopy with the attached strap to prevent it from unfurling unexpectedly.

Tilting the Umbrella:

  1. Locate the tilt button or mechanism on the upper pole section, near the canopy.
  2. Press the button and gently tilt the canopy to your desired angle. Release the button to lock it in place.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Clean the canopy with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow the canopy to dry completely before folding and storing.
