5. Setup
5.1 Connecting Speakers
- Ensure the amplifier is turned off and unplugged from the power outlet.
- Connect your passive speakers to the speaker terminals on the rear panel. Match the positive (+) terminal on the amplifier to the positive (+) terminal on your speaker, and the negative (-) to the negative (-).
- Ensure all connections are secure to prevent short circuits.
5.2 Connecting Audio Sources
Connect your external audio devices to the appropriate input jacks on the rear panel.
- CD/DVD Players: Use RCA cables to connect the audio output of your CD or DVD player to the "CD IN" or "DVD IN" jacks.
- Digital Sources (TV, Game Console): Use an optical cable to connect to the "OPTICAL" input or a coaxial cable to "COAXIAL 1" or "COAXIAL 2".
- Other Analog Devices: Use RCA cables to connect to the "AUX IN" jacks.
5.3 Antenna Connection
- Screw the provided DAB+/FM antenna into the "DAB Antenna" port on the rear panel.
- For optimal reception, position the antenna vertically and away from other electronic devices.
- Ensure the Bluetooth antenna is also securely connected to the "BT Antenna" port.
5.4 Power Connection
- Once all audio and speaker connections are made, connect the power cable to the amplifier's power input.
- Plug the other end of the power cable into a suitable wall outlet.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
Press the Standby button on the front panel or the remote control to turn the amplifier on or off.
6.2 Source Selection
Press the Source button on the front panel repeatedly to cycle through available inputs, or use the dedicated source buttons on the remote control (BT, DAB, FM, CD, DVD, AUX, OPT, COAX1, COAX2). The selected source will be displayed on the LCD screen.
6.3 Volume Control
Rotate the Volume Knob on the front panel or use the Volume +/- buttons on the remote control to adjust the audio level. Press the Mute button on the remote to temporarily silence the audio.
6.4 Bluetooth Operation

- Select "BT" as the input source. The display will show "PAIRING" or similar.
- Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
- Search for "Auna Art22" in your device's Bluetooth settings and select it to pair.
- Once paired, you can stream audio from your device to the amplifier. Use the playback controls on the remote or your device.
6.5 DAB+ Radio Operation
- Select "DAB" as the input source.
- If it's the first time using DAB+, the amplifier may automatically perform a full scan for available stations. If not, press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE/DAB SCAN button to initiate a scan.
- Use the PREV/NEXT buttons to navigate through the list of found stations.
- Press PLAY/PAUSE to select a station.
6.6 FM Radio Operation
- Select "FM" as the input source.
- Press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE/DAB SCAN button (or a dedicated scan button on the remote if available) to auto-scan and save FM stations.
- Use the PREV/NEXT buttons to tune to saved stations or manually tune.
6.7 CD/DVD Playback (via connected player)
When a CD or DVD player is connected to the respective input:
- Select "CD" or "DVD" as the input source on the amplifier.
- Control playback (Play, Pause, Skip) directly from your connected CD/DVD player or its remote control. The amplifier acts as the audio output device.
