Setup Guide

To begin using your Fitbit Ace LTE, follow these steps for initial setup:

  1. Charge the Device: Connect the Fitbit Ace LTE to its USB-C Fast Charging Cable. Ensure the device is charged to at least 40% before proceeding with setup.   2. Download the Fitbit Ace App: On a compatible Android (11.0 or newer) or iOS (16 or newer) phone, download and install the Fitbit Ace app. A Google account is required for setup.
  3. Pair the Smartwatch: Open the Fitbit Ace app and follow the on-screen prompts to pair your smartwatch. You will need to sign in with your Google account.
  4. Choose Ace Pass Data Plan: The Fitbit Ace LTE requires an Ace Pass data plan for full functionality, including calling, messaging, location sharing, and access to the Fitbit Arcade. Select your preferred plan within the app.
  5. Connect to Wi-Fi: If prompted, connect the smartwatch to a Wi-Fi network to ensure it receives the latest updates and maintains a secure connection.
  6. Add Contacts: Within the Fitbit Ace app, you can add up to 20 trusted contacts (ages 13 and up) who your child can call and message.
