3. Setup and Assembly
Your isinwheel U7 E Bike comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:
- Unboxing: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Keep all packing materials until assembly is complete.
- Front Wheel Installation: Attach the front wheel to the fork using the provided quick-release skewer or bolts. Ensure the disc brake rotor is correctly aligned with the caliper.
- Handlebar Installation: Insert the handlebar stem into the fork tube and tighten the bolts securely. Adjust the handlebar to a comfortable riding position.

4. Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To power on the e-bike, long press the power button on the LCD display.
- To power off, long press the power button again until the display turns off.
Speed Modes and Pedal Assist
The isinwheel U7 offers 5 levels of pedal assist and a full-throttle mode:
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the display to cycle through assist levels 1 to 5.
- Level 1 provides minimal assistance, while Level 5 offers maximum motor power, allowing for speeds up to 20 mph with minimal pedaling.
- The throttle can be used independently or in conjunction with pedal assist for an effortless ride.
Gear Shifting
The e-bike is equipped with a 7-speed gear system:
- Use the Shimano 7-speed derailleur shifter on the right handlebar to change gears.
- Shift to lower gears for climbing hills and higher gears for flat terrain or downhill riding.
Lights and Horn
- Press the light button on the handlebar controls to turn the front headlight and rear tail light on/off.

5. Battery and Charging
The isinwheel U7 features a removable 48V 10.4Ah battery for convenient charging.
Battery Removal and Installation
- To remove the battery, unlock it with the provided key and use the seat lever to tilt the seat forward. Gently slide the battery out of its compartment.
- To install, slide the battery back into the compartment, ensuring it clicks into place, then lock it with the key.
Charging the Battery
