1. Important Safety Information
Read all instructions carefully before using this fan. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious personal injury.
- Electrical Safety: This fan is equipped with a 9ft grounded three-prong power cord and is UL Listed for safety. Always plug into a properly grounded outlet. Do not modify the plug. Do not use with extension cords unless absolutely necessary and ensure the cord is rated for the fan's wattage.
- Installation: The wall-mounted fan is only suitable for concrete walls. Ensure the mounting surface is structurally sound and can support the fan's weight (approximately 39.2 lbs). Use appropriate wall mounting hardware.
- Operation: Keep fingers and other objects away from the fan blades and grilles during operation. The fan features OSHA compliant grilles for safety.
- Environment: This fan is designed for indoor use in industrial, commercial, warehouse, factory, workshop, and jobsite environments. Do not expose to water or high humidity.
- Maintenance: Always unplug the fan before cleaning or performing any maintenance.

4. Operating Instructions
The fan is controlled via a pull chain switch located on the motor housing.
4.1 Speed Control
The fan offers three speed settings: High, Medium, and Low. Pull the chain to cycle through the speeds:
- First Pull: High (9500 CFM, Max 1134 RPM, 1.54 amps)
- Second Pull: Medium (6700 CFM)
- Third Pull: Low (5100 CFM)
- Fourth Pull: Off

4.2 Adjustable Tilting and Oscillation
The fan head can be adjusted vertically and horizontally to direct airflow.
- Tilting: Manually adjust the fan head vertically up to 17 degrees to angle the airflow as needed.
- Oscillation: The fan offers 80-degree horizontal oscillation. To enable or disable oscillation, adjust the position of the oscillation pin on the motor housing. Refer to the diagram below.

Image: Instructions for adjusting the oscillation feature. Position A enables the fan head to oscillate, while Position B fixes the fan head in one direction.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your fan.
- Cleaning: Unplug the fan before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior surfaces and grilles. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the fan in water.
- Blade Cleaning: Periodically remove the front grille (if detachable) to clean the aluminum fan blades. Ensure blades are dry before reassembling.
- Inspection: Regularly check the power cord for any damage. Ensure all mounting hardware remains secure.
- Storage: If storing the fan for an extended period, ensure it is clean and dry. Store in a cool, dry place.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your fan, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Fan does not turn on | No power, loose connection, faulty switch | Check power outlet, ensure plug is fully inserted, check pull chain switch. |
| Fan makes unusual noise or rattles | Loose parts, obstruction, fan not mounted securely | Unplug and inspect for loose screws or obstructions. Ensure mounting bracket is tight. |
| Oscillation not working | Oscillation pin incorrectly set | Refer to Section 4.2 and adjust the oscillation pin to Position A. |
| Reduced airflow | Dirty blades or grilles | Unplug and clean fan blades and grilles as described in Section 5. |
