Setup & Assembly
Site Preparation
A crucial step for the long-term stability and proper function of your shed is preparing a suitable foundation. The foundation MUST be flat, level, and solid to ensure doors align and operate correctly.
- Recommended Foundations: Concrete pad, wood platform (with outdoor-rated lumber), or steel platform.
- Not Recommended: Dirt, grass, woodchips, gravel, hillsides, or unlevel ground.

Assembly Overview
Assembly typically requires two people, though three can make the process easier. It is recommended to lay out all parts and hardware before beginning. When attaching components with nuts, bolts, and screws, initially put them in loosely until the entire section is fully assembled, then tighten all fasteners.

- High Pitched Roof: The steep angle allows for quick drainage of rain and snow, providing a spacious walk-around interior. Heavy-duty steel metal trusses increase strength.
- Screened Vents: Provide airflow and keep pests out.
- Materials of Construction: Powder-coated steel and High-Density Polyethylene plastic.
- Reinforced Walls: Double Wall System (DWS) constructed of HDPE panels with steel wall supports for added strength.
- Floor: Impact resistant and textured for slip resistance.
- Lockable Doors: Doors provide an extra-large opening, sturdy structure, and exterior padlock loop (lock not included). Features galvanized steel hinge pins and high-impact handles with metal latch.

- Shelving: Includes one (1) 90 in. W x 9 in. D shelf. Additional height-adjustable shelves are available.

Door Operation
The shed features large double doors for easy access. To open, disengage the metal latch and pull the handles. The doors can be secured with a padlock (not included) through the exterior padlock loop.

Maintenance & Care
The shed's UV-protected and stain-resistant exterior means it never needs painting. For general cleaning, the plastic floor can be easily mopped. Regularly check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight, especially after severe weather conditions.
Troubleshooting
- Door Alignment Issues: If doors do not close properly, ensure your foundation is perfectly flat and level. Uneven foundations can cause misalignment.
- Missing Parts: In the event of missing parts, please contact Lifetime Products customer service directly. Do not return the unit to the store.
- Hole Alignment During Assembly: If screw holes do not align perfectly, ensure all bolts and screws are initially put in loosely. Tighten them only after all components are fully assembled and aligned.
