6. Cooking Guide
The JOCCA 7L Air Fryer is incredibly versatile, allowing you to fry, bake, grill, reheat, and defrost a wide variety of foods with minimal oil.
- Oil Usage: While the air fryer cooks with hot air, a small amount of oil (1 tablespoon or less) can enhance crispiness and flavor for certain foods, especially fresh vegetables or homemade fries.
- Food Preparation: Ensure food is cut into uniform pieces for even cooking. Pat dry any moist foods to achieve a crispier result.
- Preheating: For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at the desired cooking temperature before adding food.
- Batch Cooking: Avoid overcrowding the basket. Cook in smaller batches if necessary to ensure proper air circulation and even cooking.
- Temperature and Time: Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on food type, quantity, and desired crispiness. Refer to specific recipes or adjust as needed.
