3. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps carefully to install your lighting fixture.
- Turn Off Power: Locate the circuit breaker that supplies power to the light fixture outlet box and turn it off. Confirm power is off using a voltage tester.
- Prepare Mounting: Attach the mounting crossbar to the outlet box using the provided screws. Ensure it is secure.
- Adjust Height: Determine the desired hanging height for your fixture. The fixture is adjustable from a minimum of 21 inches (using only downrods) to a maximum of 58 inches (using downrods and chains). Connect the appropriate downrods and chains to the fixture body and canopy.
- Wire Connections: Carefully connect the electrical wires. Connect the fixture's black wire to the house's black (live) wire, the fixture's white wire to the house's white (neutral) wire, and the fixture's ground wire to the house's ground wire (or green ground screw on the crossbar). Secure connections with wire nuts.
- Mount Canopy: Tuck the wires into the outlet box and carefully push the ceiling canopy up against the ceiling. Secure it to the mounting crossbar with the provided screws.
- Attach Glass Shades: Carefully place each glass shade over the bulb sockets and secure them according to the fixture design.
- Install Bulbs: Screw E26 base bulbs (not included, max 60W each) into the sockets.
- Restore Power: Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker. Test the light fixture.

4. Operating Instructions
This fixture operates via a standard wall switch (not included). Ensure compatible E26 bulbs are installed.
- Power On/Off: Use your existing wall switch to turn the light fixture on or off.
- Bulb Compatibility: The fixture is designed for E26 base bulbs, with a maximum wattage of 60W per bulb. LED bulbs are recommended for energy efficiency.

5. Maintenance

- Cleaning: To clean the fixture, turn off the power and allow it to cool. Wipe the metal and wood components with a soft, dry cloth. For glass shades, use a mild glass cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the finish.
- Bulb Replacement: Before replacing bulbs, ensure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker and the bulbs have cooled completely. Unscrew old bulbs and screw in new E26 base bulbs (max 60W).
