1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup

Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed and clean all detachable parts as described in the 'Maintenance and Cleaning' section.

3.1 Assembling the Immersion Blender

1. Align the blending foot with the motor unit.
2. Twist the blending foot clockwise until it locks securely into place.

3.2 Assembling the Chopper Attachment

1. Place the chopper blade onto the central pin inside the chopper bowl.
2. Add your ingredients to the chopper bowl.
3. Place the chopper lid onto the bowl, ensuring it is properly seated.
4. Attach the motor unit to the chopper lid, twisting until it locks.

4. Operating Instructions

Always ensure the appliance is correctly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet before operation.

4.1 General Blending (Immersion Blender)

1. Place the ingredients you wish to blend into a tall container or pot.
2. Immerse the blending foot into the ingredients, ensuring the blades are fully submerged.
3. Plug the appliance into the mains power supply.
4. Speed Control: Rotate the intuitive dial on top of the motor unit to select one of the 20 available speeds. You can adjust the speed during blending.
5. Turbo Mode: For maximum power and tougher ingredients, press and hold the 'Turbo' button. Release to return to the selected speed.
6. Silent Mode: The appliance features a special silent mode for reduced noise during operation.
7. Move the blender gently up and down and in circular motions to ensure even blending.
8. Once blending is complete, release the power button and unplug the appliance.

4.2 Using the Chopper Attachment

1. Assemble the chopper as described in section 3.2.
2. Ensure the motor unit is securely attached to the chopper lid.
3. Plug the appliance into the mains power supply.
4. Press the power button or use the speed dial to operate. Use short pulses for coarse chopping or continuous operation for finer results.
5. After chopping, release the power button and unplug the appliance.
6. Carefully remove the motor unit, then the chopper lid, and finally the blade before emptying the contents.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your appliance. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.

5.1 Cleaning the Motor Unit

• Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or rinse it under running water.
• Ensure the motor unit is completely dry before storing or re-using.

5.2 Cleaning Detachable Parts

• The blending foot, chopper bowl, chopper blade, and measuring cup are dishwasher safe.
• Alternatively, wash these parts in warm, soapy water using a brush for the blades, then rinse thoroughly and dry.
• Handle the chopper blade and blending foot blades with extreme care due to their sharpness.
