4. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your Yaheetech Ergonomic Office Chair. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.
- Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
- Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base.
- Attach Mechanism to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Secure with screws using the provided Allen wrench.
- Attach Armrests to Seat: Secure the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws.
- Attach Backrest to Seat/Mechanism: Connect the backrest to the seat and/or mechanism plate using the appropriate screws. Ensure a secure fit.
- Attach Headrest: Slide the headrest into the designated slots at the top of the backrest.
- Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered and fully seated.
5. Operating Instructions
Your Yaheetech Ergonomic Office Chair offers several adjustment features to customize your seating experience.
5.1 Seat Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height, locate the lever on the right side under the seat. While seated, pull the lever up to lower the seat. To raise the seat, stand up slightly and pull the lever up. Release the lever at your desired height.
5.2 Tilt Function and Tension Control
The same lever used for seat height can also lock or unlock the chair's rocking function. Push the lever in to lock the backrest in an upright position, or pull it out to allow the chair to recline.
To adjust the tilt tension, turn the round knob located under the seat (as shown in the image above). Turn clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to recline) or counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to recline).
5.3 Adjustable Armrests

5.4 Headrest and Lumbar Support Adjustment

The headrest is height-adjustable. Gently push or pull the headrest up or down to find your preferred position for neck and head support.
