4. Setup Instructions

The WOLTU gazebo features a pop-up system for quick and easy assembly. It is recommended that at least 4-6 people assist with the setup process.

  1. Unpack the Frame: Remove the folded frame from the carry bag and place it in the desired setup location.
  2. Partially Expand the Frame: With multiple people, each holding a leg, gently pull the frame outwards to partially expand it. Do not fully extend yet.
  3. Attach the Canopy: Drape the canopy fabric over the partially expanded frame. Ensure the canopy is correctly oriented and secured to the corners of the frame.
  4. Fully Expand the Frame: Continue to pull the legs outwards until the frame is fully extended and the roof structure locks into place. You may need to push up on the center of the roof from underneath to fully extend it.
  5. Adjust Height: Use the height adjustment buttons on each leg to set the desired height. Ensure all legs are set to the same height for stability. (Refer to Section 5 for detailed height adjustment).
  6. Attach Side Walls: If desired, attach the side walls using the hook and loop fasteners. The walls with zippers can be used for entry/exit, and those with windows provide light.
  7. Secure the Gazebo: Use the provided ground pegs to anchor each leg to the ground. Attach the ropes to the corners of the canopy and secure them to the ground with additional pegs, pulling taut to enhance wind resistance.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Canopy: Clean the canopy fabric with a mild soap solution and a soft brush or cloth. Rinse thoroughly with water and allow it to air dry completely before folding and storing. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Frame Care: Wipe the metal frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Ensure the frame is dry before storage to prevent rust.
  • Storage: When not in use, disassemble the gazebo and store it in the provided carry bag in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. This will prolong the life of the fabric and frame.
  • Inspection: Periodically check all fasteners, ropes, and frame connections for tightness and wear. Replace any worn or damaged parts immediately.
