Important Safety Information
Please read this entire manual carefully before assembling, installing, or using your Britax Willow Brook Travel System. Failure to follow these instructions could result in serious injury or death. Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
- Always secure your child in the car seat and stroller using the harness system.
- Never leave a child unattended in the car seat or stroller.
- Ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged before placing a child in the stroller or car seat.
- Do not use accessories or replacement parts other than those approved by Britax.
- Refer to your vehicle's owner's manual for specific car seat installation instructions and seating positions.
Product Components
The Britax Willow Brook Travel System includes the following main components:

Setup and Installation
1. Britax Aspen Infant Car Seat Base Installation
The Aspen Infant Car Seat Base features ClickTight technology for secure installation using either the vehicle seat belt or lower connectors (LATCH).
- Positioning: Place the Aspen base on the vehicle seat. Ensure it is level using the built-in level indicators. Adjust the spring-assist recline as needed to achieve the correct angle.
- ClickTight Installation (Vehicle Seat Belt):
- Open the ClickTight panel on the base.
- Route the vehicle's lap and shoulder belt through the designated path.
- Buckle the seat belt.
- Remove all slack from the seat belt.
- Close the ClickTight panel firmly until it clicks.
- LATCH Installation (Lower Connectors):
- Locate the lower anchor connectors on the base.
- Attach the quick-push lower connectors to your vehicle's lower anchors. Ensure they click into place.
- Tighten the LATCH strap to remove all slack.
- Store unused lower connectors within the base.
- Check for Security: After installation, firmly pull on the base at the belt path. It should not move more than one inch side-to-side or front-to-back.

2. Britax Willow Infant Car Seat Adjustment
The Willow car seat features the RightSize system for proper fit from 4 to 30 lbs.
- Adjust the harness straps to be at or just below your child's shoulders when rear-facing.
- Ensure the crotch buckle is positioned correctly to prevent slouching.
- Tighten the harness until it is snug against your child's body, with no slack. You should not be able to pinch any excess webbing at the shoulder.

Refer to the separate assembly guide included with your Brook Stroller for detailed instructions on attaching wheels, canopy, and other components.
Operating Instructions
1. Attaching the Willow Car Seat to the Brook Stroller
- Ensure the Brook stroller is fully unfolded and locked in the open position.
- Align the Willow car seat with the stroller's car seat adapters.
- Lower the car seat onto the adapters until it clicks securely into place.
- Gently pull up on the car seat to confirm it is properly attached before use.

2. Stroller Modes (4 Ways to Stroll)
The Brook stroller offers four versatile ways to stroll, accommodating both infant car seats and reversible toddler seats.
- Infant Car Seat Facing Parent: Willow car seat attached to stroller, facing the parent.
- Infant Car Seat Facing Forward: Willow car seat attached to stroller, facing forward.
- Toddler Seat Facing Parent: Stroller seat installed, facing the parent.
- Toddler Seat Facing Forward: Stroller seat installed, facing forward.

3. One-Step Stroller Fold
To fold the Brook stroller:
- Ensure the stroller seat is in the forward-facing position (if attached).
- Locate the one-step fold mechanism (refer to your stroller's specific instructions for exact location).
- Activate the mechanism and push down/forward to collapse the stroller.
- Ensure the stroller locks into its folded position.
Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning Fabric: Spot clean fabric components with mild soap and cold water. Air dry. Do not use bleach.
- Cleaning Frame: Wipe the stroller frame and car seat shell with a damp cloth.
- Wheels: Periodically check wheels for debris and ensure they rotate freely. Lubricate axles if necessary.
- Harness: Inspect harness straps regularly for wear or damage. Replace if necessary.
- Storage: Store the travel system in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
Troubleshooting
