Getting Started
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and a compatible USB power source. The LED display on the case will show the battery percentage during charging.

2. Powering On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on. Alternatively, long-press the touch area on both earbuds for a few seconds.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging. Alternatively, long-press the touch area on both earbuds for a few seconds until you hear a power-off prompt.
3. Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the earbuds are charged and powered on.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light on the earbuds.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "Portronics Harmonics Twins S16" from the list of devices.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation prompt, and the LED light on the earbuds will stop flashing.

Care and Maintenance
Cleaning

Water Resistance (IPX5)

Troubleshooting
- Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are powered on and have sufficient charge. Turn off Bluetooth on your device and turn it back on. Try resetting the earbuds by placing them in the case, closing the lid, and then reopening.
- Only one earbud working: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then take them out again. This often re-syncs them.
- No sound: Check the volume level on your connected device. Ensure the earbuds are properly paired and selected as the audio output.
- Charging issues: Verify the Type-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Ensure the charging pins on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
