5. Operating Instructions
Operating your CREWORKS ultrasonic cleaner is straightforward:
5.1 Basic Operation
- Power On: Turn on the main power switch located at the back or side of the unit. The digital display will illuminate.
- Place Items: Carefully place the items to be cleaned into the cleaning basket, ensuring they are fully submerged in the solution but not touching each other or the tank bottom directly.
- Set Temperature (Optional): Press the "T/°C" button to adjust the desired cleaning temperature (20-80℃) using the up/down arrows. Heating will begin automatically.
- Set Time: Use the "TIME" up/down arrows to set the cleaning duration (0-99 minutes).
- Select Mode (Optional): Choose from "QUICK" (5 min), "STD" (15 min), or "EXT" (30 min) preset modes if desired.
- Start Cleaning: Press the "START" button to begin the ultrasonic cleaning cycle. The display will show the remaining time.
- End of Cycle: The unit will automatically stop when the timer reaches zero.
- Remove Items: Carefully remove the cleaning basket and rinse the cleaned items under clean water.
- Power Off: Turn off the main power switch and unplug the unit when not in use.
5.2 Degassing Mode
The Degassing mode removes air bubbles from the cleaning solution, which can interfere with ultrasonic cavitation, making the cleaning process more efficient, especially with new solutions. Press the "DEGAS" button to activate this mode. It is recommended to run degassing for a few minutes before starting a cleaning cycle with fresh solution.

5.3 Adjustable Oscillation
The unit offers 7 levels of oscillation intensity. This allows you to select a gentler cleaning for delicate items or a more powerful one for heavily soiled objects. Adjust the oscillation intensity using the dedicated knob or buttons on the control panel, if available, or by selecting the appropriate cleaning mode.
