Setup
The Raynesys wagon is designed for quick and easy setup, requiring no assembly of complex parts.
- Unfold the Wagon: Pull the four corners of the wagon outwards in all directions until the frame is fully extended.
- Secure the Base: Press down on the two frames inside the wagon to secure its open position. Place the provided hollow-plate bottom plate firmly at the base of the wagon.
- Attach Wheels (if detached): Ensure all four 7-inch solid PU wheels are securely clicked into place. The front wheels, which have brakes, should be at the handle side.
- Adjust Handle: The handle can be adjusted by 90 degrees back and forth, and its height can be extended from 36.4 inches to 46 inches for comfortable pulling.

Operating Instructions
- Loading the Wagon: Place items evenly inside the wagon, ensuring not to exceed the 440 lbs (200 kg) weight limit. Utilize the two water bottle pockets and zippered mesh pocket for smaller items.
- Transporting: Adjust the handle to a comfortable height and angle. The 360° swivel front wheels allow for easy maneuverability across various terrains.
- Using Brakes: Engage the brakes on the front wheels when the wagon needs to remain stationary, especially on inclines or uneven surfaces.
- Folding for Storage: To fold, first remove the bottom plate from the cart. Then, locate the internal pull rope in the middle of the wagon and pull upwards. The sides will collapse inwards. Secure the folded wagon with the attached Velcro strap.

Maintenance
- Cleaning the Fabric: The 600D oxford double-layer fabric is removable and washable. For general cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, detach the fabric and hand wash with mild soap and water. Allow to air dry completely before reattaching.
- Frame Care: Wipe the steel frame and plastic parts with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
- Wheel Maintenance: Regularly check wheels for any debris or obstructions. Clean thoroughly.
- Post-Seawater Use: If used in seawater, ensure to dry the wagon thoroughly immediately after use to prevent corrosion. Do not soak in seawater continuously for more than 24 hours.
Troubleshooting
- Wagon not unfolding/folding smoothly: Ensure the internal pull rope is fully extended/retracted and that no fabric or items are obstructing the frame's movement. Check that the bottom plate is correctly positioned.
- Wheels not swiveling/rolling properly: Inspect wheels for trapped sand, dirt, or debris. Clean thoroughly. Ensure the wheel brakes are disengaged.
- Reduced load capacity: Verify that the bottom plate is correctly installed and fully supporting the base. Ensure the weight limit of 440 lbs is not exceeded.
