1. Introduction and Overview
The NiPoGi AK1PLUS Mini PC is a compact and efficient desktop computer designed for daily tasks, office work, online learning, web browsing, and HD multimedia playback. It features an Intel Celeron N5095 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 256GB SSD, offering agile multitasking and expandable storage options.

2. Setup Guide
2.1 Package Contents
Before you begin, ensure all items are present in the package:
- NiPoGi AK1PLUS Mini PC
- Power Adapter
- HDMI Cable
- VESA Mount (for monitor attachment)
- User Manual (this document)
2.2 Initial Connection
- Connect to Display: Use the provided HDMI cable to connect the Mini PC to your monitor or TV. The device supports dual 4K@60Hz displays via its two HDMI 2.0 ports.
- Connect Peripherals: Plug in your keyboard, mouse, and any other USB devices into the available USB ports. The Mini PC features two USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports and two USB 2.0 Type-A ports.
- Connect Power: Connect the power adapter to the DC In port on the Mini PC, then plug the adapter into a power outlet.
- Power On: Press the power button located on the front of the Mini PC. The device will boot up automatically.

2.3 Operating System Setup
The NiPoGi AK1PLUS comes with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. Upon first boot, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial Windows setup, including language selection, network connection, and user account creation.
2.4 VESA Mount Installation (Optional)
For a clutter-free workspace, you can mount the Mini PC behind a compatible monitor using the included VESA mount.
- Attach the VESA bracket to the back of your monitor using the provided screws.
- Slide the Mini PC onto the mounted bracket until it clicks securely into place.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press the power button once.
- To Shut Down: Click the Windows Start button, then select Power > Shut down. Do not unplug the power cable directly without proper shutdown to prevent data loss.
- To Restart: Click the Windows Start button, then select Power > Restart.
3.2 Network Connectivity
- Wi-Fi: The Mini PC supports Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac). To connect, go to Windows Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi, select your network, and enter the password.
- Ethernet: For a wired connection, plug an Ethernet cable into the RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port on the back of the Mini PC.

3.3 Bluetooth Devices
The Mini PC features Bluetooth 4.2 for connecting wireless peripherals such as keyboards, mice, and headphones. To pair a device, go to Windows Settings > Bluetooth & devices, turn on Bluetooth, and select "Add device".
3.4 Dual Display Setup
The NiPoGi AK1PLUS supports connecting two monitors simultaneously for enhanced productivity.
- Connect both monitors to the two HDMI 2.0 ports on the Mini PC.
- Right-click on the desktop and select "Display settings".
- Under "Multiple displays", you can choose to extend or duplicate your desktop across the two screens.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Storage Expansion
The Mini PC offers flexible storage expansion options:
- M.2 SSD: The existing 256GB M.2 2280 SSD can be upgraded to a larger capacity, supporting up to 2TB (compatible with NVMe PCIe 3.0 SSD or SATA SSD).
- 2.5-inch SATA SSD/HDD: An additional 2.5-inch SATA SSD or HDD can be installed for up to 8TB of extra storage.
2.5-inch SATA SSD/HDD Installation Steps:
- Step 1: Remove the screws and the bottom cover of the Mini PC.
- Step 2: Gently insert a 2.5-inch SATA SSD/HDD into the designated slot. Ensure it is properly seated.
- Step 3: Replace the bottom cover and tighten the screws.

4.2 Cleaning
To maintain optimal performance and prevent overheating, regularly clean the exterior of the Mini PC with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure ventilation openings are free from dust. Do not use liquid cleaners directly on the device.
4.3 Software Updates
Keep your Windows 11 Pro operating system updated to ensure security and performance. Go to Windows Settings > Windows Update to check for and install available updates.

5. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your NiPoGi AK1PLUS Mini PC.
5.1 No Power
- Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the Mini PC and a working power outlet.
- Verify the power outlet is functional by plugging in another device.
- Check the power adapter for any visible damage.
5.2 No Display Output
- Confirm the HDMI cable is firmly connected to both the Mini PC and the monitor.
- Ensure the monitor is powered on and set to the correct input source (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.).
- Try a different HDMI cable or monitor to rule out faulty equipment.
5.3 Network Connection Issues
- Wi-Fi: Check if Wi-Fi is enabled in Windows settings. Ensure you are connected to the correct network and have entered the password correctly. Restart your router if necessary.
- Ethernet: Verify the Ethernet cable is properly connected. Check your router/modem for internet connectivity.
5.4 Peripherals Not Responding
- Try connecting the peripheral to a different USB port.
- For wireless peripherals, ensure they are charged and properly paired via Bluetooth or their respective dongle.
- Update or reinstall the drivers for the peripheral if available.
5.5 System Slowdown or Freezing
- Close unnecessary applications running in the background.
- Check Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) for processes consuming high CPU, RAM, or disk usage.
- Ensure your system has sufficient free storage space.
- Run a system scan for malware or viruses.
