Operating Instructions
1. Adding Ingredients
For optimal blending, add ingredients in the following order:
- Liquids (water, milk, juice)
- Soft ingredients (yogurt, powders, seeds)
- Frozen fruits or ice
- Harder ingredients (nuts, large chunks of fruit)
Do not overfill the blending jar beyond the MAX fill line. For frozen ingredients, allow them to sit for 15 minutes before blending, or use crushed ice instead of large cubes for smoother results.

2. Blending
Once ingredients are added and the jar is securely attached, press the power button to begin blending. The blender is designed to create a powerful blending vortex for smooth results. The 12v MAX battery provides up to 20 minutes of continuous runtime, depending on the ingredients and usage.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your blender.
- Motor Base: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
- Blending Jar and Travel Lid: These parts are dishwasher-safe (top rack only) or can be hand-washed with warm, soapy water. Handle the blade assembly with care due to sharp edges.
- Battery: Keep the battery and charging port dry.
Troubleshooting
- Blender not turning on: Ensure the battery is fully charged and securely inserted. Check that the blending jar is correctly aligned and locked onto the motor base.
- Ingredients not blending smoothly: Add more liquid. Ensure ingredients are cut into smaller pieces. For frozen items, allow them to thaw slightly or use crushed ice.
- Lid leaking: Ensure the blending jar and travel lid are tightened securely.
- Blender stops during operation: This may indicate overheating or an overload. Turn off the blender, remove the jar, and allow the motor to cool for a few minutes before attempting to blend again. Reduce the amount of ingredients or add more liquid.
