4. Setup and Installation

The CL500 bicycle light can be easily mounted on your bicycle handlebar using the provided mount. It is also compatible with a GoPro mount for alternative attachment points.

5. Charging the Battery

The CL500 features a built-in 1100 mAh battery and is rechargeable via a USB-C port.

  1. Locate the USB-C charging port on the light.
  2. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the light and to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
  3. The power indicator light will show the charging status:
    • Smart Mode: 100-30% Blue light on, 29-10% Blue light blinking, 1-9% Blue and Red light blinking alternately.
    • Manual Mode: 100-30% Green light on, 29-10% Green light blinking, 1-9% Green and Red light blinking alternately.
  4. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Power On/Off and Mode Selection

The CL500 features a single button for power control and mode switching.

  • To Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button.
  • To Change Modes (Single Click):
    • Low Brightness (100 Lumens): Approximately 6.5 hours runtime.
    • Medium Brightness (200 Lumens): Approximately 3.3 hours runtime.
    • High Brightness (500 Lumens): Approximately 1.5 hours runtime.
  • To Change Modes (Double Click):
    • Night Flash (200 Lumens): Approximately 7 hours runtime.
    • Day Flash (400 Lumens): Approximately 8 hours runtime.

6.2. Automatic Lighting Function

The CL500 is equipped with a vibration sensor for automatic light control.

  • When the bicycle stops for 120 seconds, the light will automatically turn off if no vibration is detected.
  • The light will automatically turn back on when vibration is detected (i.e., when you resume riding).

6.3. Anti-Glare Lens Design
