Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps for proper assembly. It is recommended to have at least two adults for assembly.

  1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all components and match them with the parts list in the manual. Ensure all numbered parts are accounted for.
  2. Assemble the Base Frame: Connect the lower leg sections and horizontal beams to form the base of the gazebo. Ensure all connections are finger-tight initially.
  3. Install Reinforced Support Posts: Attach the reinforced support posts to the base frame. These posts are designed for enhanced stability.
  4. Construct the Roof Frame: Assemble the upper frame structure, including the triangular stabilizing connections, which contribute to the gazebo's overall stability.
  5. Attach Canopy Fabric: Carefully drape and secure the main canopy fabric and the double-layer roof fabric onto the assembled frame. Ensure the fabric is taut and evenly distributed. The double-layer design allows for ventilation.
  6. Install LED Lighting System: Integrate the solar panel and LED lights into the designated areas on the roof frame. Connect the wiring as per the detailed diagram in the included manual.
  7. Attach Side Panels: Hang the four removable side panels. These can be tied back or deployed for privacy and additional shade.
  8. Secure to Ground: Once the gazebo is fully assembled, use the provided 8 thickened ground stakes to firmly anchor the gazebo to the ground. This is crucial for stability, especially in varying weather conditions.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance will extend the life of your gazebo.

  • Cleaning the Canopy: The UV50+ coated polyester fabric is resistant to fading. Clean the canopy and side panels with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before folding or storing. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Frame Care: The galvanized alloy frame is rust and corrosion-resistant. Wipe down the metal frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Inspect for any scratches or chips in the coating and touch up if necessary to prevent rust.
  • Seasonal Storage: For prolonged periods of non-use or during harsh weather seasons, it is recommended to disassemble the gazebo and store it in a dry, protected area. Ensure all fabric components are clean and dry before storage to prevent mold or mildew.
  • Inspection: Periodically check all nuts, bolts, and connections to ensure they remain tight. Inspect the fabric for any tears or damage.
