2. Product Features

  • Durable Construction: The cart features a high-quality alloy steel frame with a powder coating for enhanced durability. The double-layer 600D Oxford fabric is tear-resistant, waterproof, and designed to withstand prolonged sun exposure without fading.
  • High Capacity: Offers a generous 332L capacity, with an extendable design that provides a 40% increase in usable space compared to standard 250L carts.
  • All-Terrain Wheels: Equipped with 17 cm diameter, 10 cm wide removable PU wheels. These wheels are designed with a unique anti-slip pattern for superior flexibility and shock absorption, allowing the cart to navigate various terrains including thick sand, gravel roads, and grass with ease.
  • Adjustable Handle: The handle can be smoothly rotated to adjust to your desired angle and locked in height with a red button, preventing it from falling.
  • Convenient Storage: Includes large mesh pockets and mesh cup holders on the side for organizing small items and beverages.
  • Compact Foldable Design: The cart folds in seconds for easy storage and transport, significantly reducing its volume when stowed.

3. Assembly Instructions

The Devoko 332L Folding Cart comes largely pre-assembled. Only the wheels typically require installation.

  1. Unfolding the Cart: Place the folded cart on a flat, stable surface. Gently pull the sides apart until the frame fully extends and locks into place. Ensure all joints are securely engaged.
  2. Attaching the Wheels: Locate the four wheels. Insert each wheel stem into the corresponding socket on the cart's frame until it clicks securely into place. Verify that all wheels are firmly attached and can rotate freely.
  3. Securing the Fabric: Ensure the 600D Oxford fabric is properly seated within the frame.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Loading the Cart

Distribute weight evenly within the cart. The maximum weight capacity is 180 kg. For dynamic loads (when moving), ensure the weight does not exceed 80 kg to maintain stability and ease of movement.

4.2 Adjusting the Handle

To adjust the handle's angle, gently rotate it to the desired position. To adjust the handle's height, press the red button on the handle shaft, extend or retract to the desired height, and release the button to lock it in place.

4.3 Using the Brakes

The cart is equipped with brakes on the wheels. To engage the brakes, press down on the brake levers located on each wheel. To release, lift the levers. Always engage the brakes when the cart is stationary, especially on inclines.

4.4 Folding for Storage

To fold the cart, ensure it is empty. Locate the pull straps or handles inside the cart's base. Pull them upwards to collapse the frame. Once collapsed, secure it with the provided strap or cover to maintain its compact form. The folded cart can be easily stored in a car trunk or small space.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: The 600D Oxford fabric can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. For sand, shake out the fabric thoroughly before wiping. The fabric can be removed for more thorough cleaning by unscrewing the 6 wing nuts on top of the frame.
  • Wheel Care: Regularly inspect the wheels for debris. Clean them as needed. If wheels become stiff or squeaky, apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to the axles.
  • Storage: Store the cart in a dry place when not in use to prevent rust on metal components. Use the protective cover if available.
  • Frame Inspection: Periodically check the steel frame for any signs of damage or loose connections. Tighten any loose screws.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Wheels Detaching: Ensure the wheels are fully inserted into their sockets until they click and are securely locked. If a wheel repeatedly detaches, inspect the locking mechanism for damage.
  • Rusting: Rust can occur if the cart is frequently exposed to moisture (e.g., beach use) and not properly dried. Always clean and dry the cart thoroughly after use, especially after contact with saltwater or sand, and store it in a dry environment.
  • Squeaky Wheels: If the wheels make noise during operation, they may require lubrication. Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the wheel axles.
  • Difficulty Folding/Unfolding: Ensure no obstructions are present in the folding mechanism. Check that the fabric is not caught in the frame.
