1. Introduction

3. Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your hydroponics growing system:

  1. Assemble the Lamp Post: Insert the adjustable lamp post into the designated slot on the water tank. Ensure it is securely seated.
  2. Attach the LED Grow Light: Connect the LED grow light panel to the top of the adjustable lamp post.
  3. Prepare Grow Pods: Place a grow sponge into each grow basket. Insert seeds into the center of each grow sponge.
  4. Place Grow Pods: Insert the prepared grow baskets into the openings on the planting deck. Cover each grow basket with a dome cover to create a humid environment for germination.
  5. Fill Water Tank: Fill the water tank with clean water up to the 'MAX' line indicated on the water level gauge. The tank has a 5-liter capacity.
  6. Add Nutrients: Refer to the plant food instructions for the correct ratio and amount of Nutrient A and Nutrient B to add to the water tank. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the system and then into a standard electrical outlet.

Understand how to operate your hydroponics system for optimal plant growth.

4.1 Light Modes and Cycle

The system features an LED grow light with different modes to support various plant types. The light operates on an automatic cycle of 16 hours on and 8 hours off.

  • Vegetables Mode: Emits blue light, red light, far-red light, and white light. Suitable for leafy greens and herbs.
  • Flower/Fruit Mode: Emits red light, far-red light, and white light. Suitable for flowering plants and fruiting vegetables.

4.2 Water and Nutrient Management

  • Water Level: Monitor the water level gauge regularly. Refill water when it drops below the minimum indicator.
  • Nutrient Replenishment: Add nutrients according to the plant's growth stage and the nutrient solution instructions. Typically, nutrients are added during water refills or full water changes.
  • Water Pump: The integrated water pump cycles automatically every 30 minutes to ensure proper water circulation and oxygenation for roots.

4.3 Adjusting Grow Light Height

As plants grow, adjust the height of the LED grow light to maintain an optimal distance from the plant canopy. The lamp post is adjustable up to 13.8 inches.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Water Changes and Cleaning
