1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the dwndpump Mini Electric Bike Pump (Model DP4). This compact and portable electric pump is designed for convenient and efficient inflation of road bike tires. Weighing only 94 grams (0.21 lb), it is easy to carry in your pocket, backpack, or bike saddlebag.
Important Note: This model does not feature a built-in pressure gauge to maintain its small size and light weight. It is recommended for road bikes and can inflate tires up to 100 PSI. The pump is compatible with both Presta and Schrader valves.

3.2 Attaching the Valve Adapter
The pump supports both Presta and Schrader valves. The Presta valve mode is pre-installed. To switch between valve types:
- For Presta Valve: Ensure the small hole of the seal part faces outward.
- For Schrader Valve: Remove the Presta setup. Insert the Pillar, then place the seal part with its big hole facing outward, and finally the nozzle cap.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Inflation Process
- Ensure the pump is adequately charged (check LED indicator).
- Select and attach the correct valve adapter (Presta or Schrader) to the pump.
- Unscrew the valve cap from your bicycle tire.
- Firmly attach the pump's adapter to the tire valve. Ensure a tight connection to prevent air leakage.
- Press the power button to start inflation. The pump will begin to inflate the tire.
- Monitor the tire's firmness manually, as this model does not have a pressure gauge.
- Once the desired pressure is reached, press the power button again to stop the pump.
- Carefully detach the pump from the tire valve and replace the valve cap.

4.2 Important Considerations
- The pump is suggested for road bikes. It is not recommended for mountain bikes.
- It is normal for the pump to heat up during operation, especially during prolonged use.
- For TPU inner tubes with resin valves, it is crucial to connect them with an extension air hose (available for separate purchase). Direct connection may cause the resin valves to melt due to overheating.

Image: A diagram showing the correct method of inflating TPU inner tubes with resin valves using an extension hose to prevent the valve from melting due to heat generated by the pump. An incorrect direct connection is also shown with a red 'X'.
5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the pump with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the pump in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the provided waterproof bag for protection.
- Charging: Recharge the pump regularly, even if not in frequent use, to maintain battery health. Avoid using fast-charging USB-C blocks designed for phones, as this may damage the pump's battery.
6. Troubleshooting
- Pump not turning on or charging:
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected.
- Try a different USB power source or cable.
- Avoid using fast-charging USB-C blocks, as these have been reported to cause issues. Use a standard USB-C port (e.g., on a laptop).
- Slow inflation or low pressure:
- Check the battery level; recharge if low.
- Ensure the valve adapter is correctly attached and there are no air leaks.
- Verify the tire valve is fully open (for Presta valves).
- Pump overheating:
- This is normal during extended use. Allow the pump to cool down between inflation cycles.
- If inflating TPU inner tubes with resin valves, ensure an extension air hose is used to protect the valve from heat.
