Setup and First Use

Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.

Place both earbuds into the charging case.
Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
The indicator light on the case will show charging status. Once fully charged, the light will change or turn off.

A full charge provides up to 3 hours of listening time for the earbuds, and the charging case provides up to an additional 12 hours of battery life.

Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

To pair your T2GO Sonum earbuds with your device:

Ensure the earbuds are charged and placed in the charging case.
Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
Search for available devices. You should see "Sonum" or "T2GO Sonum" in the list.
Select "Sonum" to connect. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the indicator light on the earbuds may change.

Note: If pairing fails, turn off Bluetooth on your device, place earbuds back in the case, close and reopen the case, and try again. Only one earbud may connect initially; if so, try connecting the other earbud manually or reset the pairing.

Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
Battery Life: To preserve battery life, avoid fully discharging the earbuds and case frequently. Charge them regularly.
Water Resistance: These earbuds are not water-resistant. Avoid exposure to liquids, moisture, or extreme humidity.
Temperature: Do not expose the earbuds to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) as this can damage the battery and internal components.

Troubleshooting

Earbuds not pairing	Ensure earbuds are charged. Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device. Place earbuds back in case, close lid, wait 5 seconds, then reopen to re-enter pairing mode. Forget "Sonum" from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pair.
Only one earbud working	Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. Try resetting the earbuds (refer to manufacturer's specific reset instructions if available, otherwise, the above step often works).
No sound	Check volume levels on both earbuds and your connected device. Ensure earbuds are properly connected to your device. Try playing different audio sources.
Earbuds not charging	Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Try a different charging cable or power adapter. Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case with a dry cotton swab.
