3. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to properly install your ROG Aura Monitor Light Bar:

1. Attach the Clamp: Secure the patented clamp to the center top edge of your monitor. The clamp is designed to work with both flat and curved monitors of varying thicknesses. Ensure the USB-C port on the light bar will face the back of the monitor once attached.
2. Adjust the Clamp: Use the precise dial on the clamp to adjust its grip, ensuring a stable and secure fit on your monitor. The magnetic buckle helps in easy light bar adjustment.
3. Connect Power: Plug the USB-C end of the provided cable into the light bar and the USB-A end into an available USB port on your computer or a compatible power adapter.

• Brightness & Color Temperature Switch: Adjust the front screen light's brightness and color temperature (from 2700K warm-light to 6500K cool-white lighting) using this switch.

Lighting Modes

The light bar offers three distinct lighting modes:

• Screen Light Mode: Provides additional illumination for the desk area, focusing light downwards.
• Aura RGB Lighting Mode: Synchronizes with other ROG Aura-compatible products and accessories, casting ambient RGB light behind the monitor.
• Combined Mode: Offers comprehensive, all-round lighting by utilizing both screen light and Aura RGB.

DisplayWidget Center Software

For advanced customization and fine-tuning, download and install the ASUS DisplayWidget Center software. This software allows you to:

• Select preset lighting modes (Reading, Game, Night View, Theater, Music).
• Adjust Screen Light brightness and color temperature.
• Control Aura Light effects (Static, Breathing, Strobing, Color Cycle) and choose standard RGB colors.
• Create and save custom user modes.

• Storage: If storing the light bar for an extended period, disconnect it from power and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

• Light Bar Not Powering On:

• Light Bar Not Stable on Monitor:

• RGB Lighting Not Working/Synchronizing:
