2. Setup Instructions

1. Unfold the Charging Station: Gently unfold the charging station to reveal the three charging surfaces and the integrated stand. Ensure all parts are securely in place.
2. Connect Power Adapter: Insert one end of the provided USB-C to USB-C cable into the charging port on the KEEPRO T11 station.
3. Connect to Power Outlet: Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into the included 20W USB-C PD Fast Charge Adapter, then plug the adapter into a wall power outlet.
4. Power On: The charging station is now ready for use. No additional power button is required.

Charging Your iPhone:

• Place your MagSafe-compatible iPhone (iPhone 12 series or newer) onto the magnetic charging pad. The phone will align automatically.
• The charger delivers up to 15W fast charging for compatible iPhone models.
• The integrated stand allows you to position your iPhone horizontally for StandBy mode.

Charging Your Apple Watch:

• Place your Apple Watch (Series 1 and newer, including Ultra/SE) onto the dedicated Apple Watch charging module.
• The charger provides 5W fast charging for Apple Watch, which is up to 40% faster than standard 2.5W/3.5W chargers.
• Note: Fast charging is not available on Apple Watch SE and models released before Apple Watch Series 7.

  • Restart your device and try again.
• Slow Charging:
  • Confirm you are using the provided 20W USB-C PD adapter and cable. Using a lower wattage adapter may result in slower charging speeds.
  • Ensure your Apple Watch model supports 5W fast charging (Series 7 and newer).
  • Avoid charging in excessively hot environments, as high temperatures can reduce charging efficiency.
• iPhone Tipping Forward in Stand Mode:
  • If the AirPods charging flap is tucked underneath, the weight of larger iPhone models (e.g., iPhone 14 Pro Max) might cause instability.
  • For better stability, ensure the AirPods charging flap is extended forward when using the iPhone in stand mode, especially with heavier phones.
• Power Adapter Humming Noise:
