Setup and Installation

Before You Begin: Ensure power is disconnected at the circuit breaker. Read all instructions carefully. It is recommended to have two people for installation.

  1. Mounting Bracket Installation: Secure the mounting bracket to the ceiling junction box. Ensure the junction box is rated for fan support. Use hardware suitable for your ceiling type.
  2. Downrod Assembly: Choose the desired downrod (3.9" or 7.9"). Feed the motor wires through the downrod. Insert the downrod into the motor housing and secure with the provided pin and screw.
  3. Hanging the Fan: Carefully lift the fan assembly and hang it on the mounting bracket hook. This allows for hands-free wiring.
  4. Wiring Connections: Connect the fan's electrical wires to the household supply wires according to local codes. Typically, this involves connecting live, neutral, and ground wires. Ensure the remote receiver is properly wired between the fan and the power supply.
  5. Canopy Installation: Slide the canopy up to the ceiling and secure it to the mounting bracket with screws, ensuring all wires are tucked neatly inside.
  6. Blade Attachment: Attach the three fan blades to the motor housing using the provided screws. Ensure they are securely fastened.
  7. Light Kit Installation: Connect the light kit wires to the fan motor assembly wires. Secure the LED light kit to the bottom of the fan motor housing.

  • Blade Tightness: Check all blade screws periodically to ensure they are tight. Loose blades can cause wobbling and noise.
  • Light Kit: The LED light kit is designed for long life. If replacement is ever needed, contact customer support for compatible parts. Do not attempt to replace individual LEDs.
  • Remote Control: Replace batteries in the remote control when its range decreases or it becomes unresponsive. Use AAA batteries.
