Setup
1. Battery Installation
Your Hatchimals Alive Mystery Hatch comes with 4 AA batteries pre-installed. If replacement is needed, locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the egg. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to open the compartment, replace the old batteries with new AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity, and secure the cover.
2. Attaching Hatchi-Wings
Before beginning the hatching process, gently insert the included Hatchi-Wings into the designated slot on the base of the egg. This accessory is crucial for the hatching mechanism.

Hatching Your Hatchimal
The hatching process is interactive and requires your care. Follow these steps to help your Tigrette hatch:
- Nurture the Egg: Hold and cuddle the egg. Listen for a heartbeat. Gently tap, lift, and rock the egg to encourage your Hatchimal inside.
- Observe Reactions: The egg will rock and light up, and you will hear your Hatchimal reacting from within. Continue to interact with the egg.
- Rainbow Glow and Mist: Once the egg has received enough interaction, it will glow with rainbow colors, and magical mist will appear, signaling that hatching is imminent.
- Hatching: Your Hatchimal will begin to hatch, singing "Hatchi-Birthday" as it emerges from the egg.

- Petting and Feeding: Gently pet your Hatchimal to elicit happy sounds and reactions. You can also pretend to feed it.
- Peek-a-Boo: Cover its eyes and then reveal yourself to play peek-a-boo.
- Teaching to Talk: Speak to your Hatchimal, and it may repeat phrases or respond with its own sounds.
- Kisses: Bring your face close to its sensor for a virtual kiss.
- Movement: Your Hatchimal can flutter its wings, rock, and dance in response to your interactions.
