  • USB/MIDI Port: For connecting to computers, tablets, or other MIDI-compatible devices.
  • Earphone Jack (3.5mm): For private practice with headphones.

Setup

1. Charging the Battery

The digital piano has a built-in rechargeable battery. Before first use, fully charge the piano for approximately 4 hours using the provided power adapter. A full charge provides about 12 hours of continuous use.

  1. Connect the power adapter to the DC IN port on the piano.
  2. Plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.
  3. The charging indicator light will illuminate. It will turn off or change color when fully charged.

2. Connecting the Sustain Pedal

The sustain pedal enhances your playing by allowing notes to ring out longer.

  1. Locate the SUSTAIN pedal input port on the piano's rear panel.
  2. Insert the plug of the sustain pedal firmly into this port.

3. Powering On/Off

Press and hold the Power button (usually located on the control panel) to turn the piano on or off.

Operating Instructions

Basic Playback

Once powered on, the piano will default to a standard piano tone. Simply press the keys to play.

Adjusting Volume

Use the dedicated volume control buttons or knob (if present) on the control panel to increase or decrease the sound output.

Selecting Tones and Rhythms

Your piano features 128 tones and 128 rhythms.

  • Press the Tone button, then use the number keys or +/- buttons to select a desired tone.
  • Press the Rhythm button, then use the number keys or +/- buttons to select a desired rhythm.
  • Press the Start/Stop button to begin or end rhythm playback.

Playing Demo Songs

The piano includes 20 demo songs.

  • Press the Demo button.
  • Use the number keys or +/- buttons to select a demo song.
  • Press Play to start the demo song.

Metronome Function

The metronome helps with timing and rhythm practice.

  • Press the Metronome button to activate/deactivate.
  • Adjust the tempo using the appropriate controls (refer to your piano's specific button layout).

Recording and Playback

Record your performances and play them back.

  1. Press the Record button to start recording.
  2. Play your desired piece.
  3. Press the Record button again to stop recording.
  4. Press the Play button to listen to your recorded performance.

Transpose Function

The transpose function allows you to shift the pitch of the entire keyboard up or down.

  • Press the Transpose button.
  • Use the +/- buttons to adjust the transposition value.

Touch Sensitivity Adjustment

This feature allows you to adjust how the piano responds to your playing dynamics.

  • Long press the Transpose+ key to activate/deactivate the touch sensitivity adjustment function.
  • When active, the piano will respond with varying volume based on how hard you strike the keys.

Bluetooth Connectivity

Connect your digital piano wirelessly to other Bluetooth-enabled devices.

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your external device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
  2. Activate Bluetooth on the digital piano (refer to specific button or indicator on your model).
  3. On your external device, search for available Bluetooth devices and select "KOMFOTTEU Piano" (or similar name).
  4. Once paired, you can stream audio to the piano or use it as a MIDI controller for apps.

MIDI/USB Connection

Connect your piano to a computer or other MIDI devices for advanced music production and learning.
