The TAB R3 Carpet Cleaner Machine is a powerful and portable upholstery spot cleaner designed for deep stain removal. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, ensure all components are present and undamaged. The machine is designed for easy assembly and storage.

Initial Setup

1. Attach Hose: Connect the flexible hose to the main unit. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
2. Select Brush: Choose the appropriate brush for your cleaning task. Attach it to the handle until it snaps into position.
3. Fill Clean Water Tank: Remove the clean water tank (labeled "Clean Water Tank") from the main unit. Open the cap and fill with clean water. You may add suitable cleaning solutions for stubborn stains. Close the cap securely and place the tank back into the unit.
4. Position Dirty Water Tank: Ensure the dirty water tank (labeled "Dirty Water Tank") is correctly seated in its compartment.
5. Plug In: Plug the power cord into a 120V electrical outlet. The main power switch is located on the back of the unit.

Operating Instructions

The TAB R3 is designed for efficient and chemical-free cleaning. Follow these steps for optimal performance.

1. Power On: Press the power button on the control panel. The machine will start.
2. Select Power Mode: Use the "Power" button to switch between "Standard" and "Turbo" suction modes. Turbo mode provides stronger suction for tougher stains.
3. Select Water Temperature: Use the "Temp" button to choose between "Warm" or "Hot" water. The machine will heat the water to the selected temperature. Hot water is recommended for deep cleaning and stubborn stains.
4. Clean Surface: Hold the handle with the attached brush firmly. Press the trigger on the handle to spray water onto the surface. Move the brush slowly over the stained area, allowing the suction to lift the dirty water. Repeat as necessary until the stain is removed.
5. Avoid Over-Wetting: Do not over-wet the surface. The powerful suction helps to dry the area quickly.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your TAB R3 machine.

1. Empty Dirty Water Tank: After each use, remove the dirty water tank. Open the lid and empty the contents into a drain. Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water.
2. Clean Brushes: Detach the used brush from the handle. The brush heads can be disassembled for easier cleaning. Rinse them under running water to remove any debris or residue.
3. Self-Cleaning Hose Tool: Attach the self-cleaning brush to the handle. Place the self-cleaning brush into the designated slot on the main unit (usually near the dirty water tank). Turn on the machine and press the spray trigger to flush clean water through the hose, cleaning it internally. This prevents clogs and odors.
4. Store Properly: Once all components are clean and dry, wrap the flexible hose around the base of the unit. Secure the power cord using the integrated cord management system. Store the machine in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your TAB R3, try these common troubleshooting steps:

• No Suction:
  • Check if the dirty water tank is full. Empty and rinse if necessary.
  • Ensure the hose and brush attachments are securely connected.
  • Verify that the main unit is properly plugged in and the power switch on the back is ON.
• No Water Spraying:
  • Check if the clean water tank is empty. Refill if necessary.
  • Ensure the clean water tank is correctly seated in the unit.
  • Verify that the spray trigger on the handle is being pressed.
• Machine Not Turning On:
  • Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet.
  • Ensure the main power switch on the back of the unit is in the "ON" position.
• Hose Damage:
  • The detachable hose design allows for easy replacement if damaged. Contact customer support for a replacement.
