Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your LunchEAZE Core. The battery is pre-installed. Connect the provided charger to the unit's charging port and plug it into a standard electrical outlet. The display will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes several hours.

Preparing the Meal Container

Wash the stainless steel meal container and its lid with warm, soapy water before initial use. Ensure it is completely dry before placing food inside and inserting it into the LunchEAZE Core unit.

Operating Instructions

Placing Food

Place your desired meal into the stainless steel container. Secure the lid tightly to prevent spills and ensure efficient heating. Insert the filled container into the LunchEAZE Core base unit.

Setting the Heating Schedule

The LunchEAZE Core features automatic heating. To set your mealtime:

1. Press the power button to turn on the unit.
2. Use the up and down arrow buttons to adjust the desired eating time. The display shows 'Hours until meal'.
3. Once the time is set, the unit will automatically begin heating approximately 2 hours before your set mealtime to ensure your food is hot and ready.

Temperature Control

The LunchEAZE Core heats food to temperatures between 170°F and 220°F. The unit automatically regulates the temperature to ensure food is thoroughly heated without overcooking.

Food Compatibility

The LunchEAZE Core is compatible with both fresh and frozen meals. For best results with frozen meals, allow extra heating time or set the mealtime further in advance.

Maintenance

Cleaning

The stainless steel meal container and its lid are designed for easy cleaning. They should be hand washed only with warm, soapy water. Do not place them in a dishwasher.

The main LunchEAZE Core unit should be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the main unit in water or rinse it under a tap.

Storage

Store the LunchEAZE Core in a cool, dry place when not in use. Ensure the unit is clean and dry before storage.

Troubleshooting

Unit Not Heating or Turning On

• Ensure the unit is fully charged. Connect the charger and check the charging indicator.
• Verify that the mealtime is correctly set and sufficient time has been allowed for the automatic heating cycle (approximately 2 hours before the set time).
• If the unit displays erratic behavior or flashing lights, try resetting it by holding the power button for 10 seconds or until the display clears, then restart.

Food Not Hot Enough

• Check that the meal container lid is securely fastened.
• Ensure the container is properly seated within the main unit.
• For frozen meals, allow additional heating time.
• Verify that the battery has sufficient charge for the entire heating cycle.

Short Battery Life

• Ensure the unit is fully charged before each use.
• Battery performance can be affected by extreme temperatures. Use the unit within recommended environmental conditions.
• If battery life significantly degrades over time, contact customer support for potential battery replacement.
