Setup and Charging
Before initial use, fully charge the Acmount W160 unit using the provided USB-C charging cable. It is recommended to charge the battery jump starter every 2-3 months if not used for a long time to maintain battery health. Always ensure battery power is above 50% before attempting to jump-start a vehicle.
Operating Instructions
1. Jump Starting a Vehicle
The W160 5000A car jump starter is designed for 12-volt vehicles, capable of jump-starting 9-liter gasoline and 8-liter diesel cars. It functions flawlessly in extreme temperatures ranging from -4℉ to 140℉.
- Connect the jump cable to the W160 unit.
- Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle battery.
- Connect the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle battery.
- Ensure the jump cable indicator light turns green. For completely dead batteries, the light may flash red and green; press the 'Boost' button until it turns solid green.
- Start the vehicle within 60 seconds.
- Once the vehicle starts, disconnect the clamps from the battery, then disconnect the jump cable from the W160 unit.

2. Tire Inflation
The built-in 150PSI air pump features preset & auto-off functions, 5 modes (car/motorcycle/bicycle/basketball/custom), and 4 different nozzles. Supports PSI, Bar, Kpa units.
- Connect the air hose to the W160 unit and the tire valve.
- Turn on the unit. The screen will display the current tire pressure.
- Short press the 'M' (Mode) button to switch between 5 inflation modes (car, motorcycle, bicycle, ball, custom).
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the target pressure.
- Press the power button to start inflation. The pump will automatically stop when the target pressure is reached.
- Disconnect the air hose.

3. Power Bank Function
The W160 serves as a portable power pack with dual USB output ports (USB1-OUT, USB2-OUT) and a USB-C IN port. It can provide power supply for phones, tablets, and other devices (adapter not included).

4. LED Flashlight
Press the light button to switch between 3 LED light modes: Flashlight, SOS, and Strobe. This feature is useful for camping, outdoors, emergencies, and travel.
