2. Safety Information

• Indoor Use Only: This smart LED strip is not waterproof and is not recommended for use in humid environments or outdoors.
• Power Supply: Use only the provided power adapter. Do not connect the LED strip to any other power source.
• Cutting the Strip: Cutting the LED strip compromises the integrity of the light effect and may lead to malfunction. It is not recommended.
• Installation Surface: During installation, ensure the wall or surface is dry and clean. Hair, dust, and other elements can significantly affect the adhesive's effectiveness.
• Ventilation: Do not cover the power adapter or LED strip with materials that could impede heat dissipation.

4. Setup Guide

4.1 Installation

1. Prepare the Surface: Clean the desired installation surface thoroughly. Ensure it is dry, smooth, and free of dust, oil, or debris.
2. Plan the Route: Unroll the LED strip and plan its placement. Avoid sharp bends or creases that could damage the strip.
3. Peel and Stick: Carefully peel off the protective backing from the adhesive tape on the back of the LED strip. Press the strip firmly onto the prepared surface, working in small sections.
4. Secure with Clips (Optional): For added security, use the provided mounting clips and screws to fasten the strip at regular intervals, especially around corners or areas with high traffic.

4.2 Power Connection

1. Connect the LED strip's connector to the control box. Ensure the arrows on both connectors align.
2. Connect the power adapter to the control box.
3. Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The LED strip should light up briefly, indicating power.

4.3 App Download and Pairing

1. Download App: Search for "Lepro+" in your smartphone's app store (App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android). Note: Only use the "Lepro+" app, not "Lepro LampUX" or "Smart Life".
2. Register/Login: Open the Lepro+ app and follow the on-screen instructions to register a new account or log in if you already have one.
3. Add Device: In the app, tap the "+" icon to add a new device. Select "Lighting" or "LED Strip Lights" from the device list.
4. Pairing Mode: Follow the app's instructions to put the LED strip into pairing mode (usually by cycling power or pressing a button on the control box). The lights may flash to indicate pairing mode.
5. Connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Enter your Wi-Fi password in the app to connect the LED strip.
6. Completion: Once successfully paired, the app will confirm the connection, and you can begin controlling your lights.

5.1 Lepro+ App Control

The Lepro+ app is the primary interface for controlling your S1 AI LED Strip Lights, offering a wide range of customization options.

• AI LightGPM 2.0: This advanced AI model, trained on color psychology and lighting design, allows for intelligent light effect generation. Simply share an event or mood, and the strip will create the perfect MagicColor light effect.
• MagicColor Effects: Utilize the RGBIC technology to control lights smoothly and create perfect MagicColor light effects. This allows for multiple colors to be displayed on a single strip segment simultaneously, unlike traditional RGB.
• Segmented DIY Control: Customize individual segments of the LED strip with different colors and effects, giving you precise control over your lighting design.

5.2 Voice Control

The S1 AI LED Strip Lights can be controlled using voice commands through compatible smart assistants and the Lepro+ app.

• Alexa & Google Home: Link your Lepro+ account with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant through their respective apps. Once linked, you can use voice commands like "Alexa, turn on the living room lights" or "Hey Google, set the LED strip to blue."
• Lepro+ App Voice Function: The Lepro+ app also features an integrated voice control function, allowing you to manage more complex emotions, scene suggestions, and voice commands directly within the app.

5.3 LightBeats Music Sync

Experience immersive lighting that reacts to sound. The LightBeats feature synchronizes the dynamic light effects with the rhythm of music or game sounds.

• Activation: Enable Music Sync mode within the Lepro+ app.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Disconnect the power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the LED strip and control box. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
• Adhesive Longevity: To maintain adhesive strength, avoid frequently repositioning the strip. Ensure the installation surface remains clean and dry.
• Storage: If storing the LED strip for an extended period, ensure it is clean, dry, and rolled loosely to prevent damage to the LEDs or adhesive.

7. Troubleshooting

• Lights Not Turning On:
  • Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the control box and the wall outlet.
  • Verify that the connection between the LED strip and the control box is firm and correctly aligned.
  • Check if the power outlet is functional.
• Cannot Connect to App:
  • Ensure you are using the correct app: Lepro+.
  • Verify your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The S1 AI LED Strip does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
  • Make sure your phone is connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network during pairing.
  • Try resetting the LED strip by unplugging it for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.
  • Ensure your Wi-Fi signal is strong where the strip is installed.
• Lights Display Incorrect Colors or Segments:
  • If the strip was cut, this may affect the light effect integrity.
  • Try recalibrating the colors through the Lepro+ app settings.
• Voice Control Not Working:
  • Ensure your Lepro+ account is correctly linked to Alexa or Google Home.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Verify the device name in the smart assistant app matches the name you are using in your voice commands.
