Setup and First Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the ceramic pots and glass lids in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the main base unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base unit in water.
  3. Placement: Place the slow cooker on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to ensure proper ventilation. Ensure the power cord is not dangling where it can be pulled or tripped over.
  4. Assemble: Place the ceramic pots into the heating wells of the base unit. Position the glass lids on top of the ceramic pots. The lid rests can be used to hold the lids when serving.
  5. Power Connection: Ensure all control knobs are in the "OFF" position before plugging the unit into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

The HEYNEMO Triple Slow Cooker allows you to cook or warm three different dishes simultaneously. Each pot has an independent control knob.

Cooking Modes:

General Usage:

  1. Prepare Food: Place ingredients into the ceramic pots. Do not overfill; leave at least one inch of space from the rim.
  2. Select Setting: Turn the individual control knob for each pot to the desired setting (LOW or HIGH).
  3. Cover: Place the glass lids securely on the ceramic pots. Avoid lifting the lids frequently during cooking, as this releases heat and extends cooking time.
  4. Monitor: Cooking times vary based on ingredients and desired doneness. Refer to recipes for specific guidance.
  5. Keep Warm: Once cooking is complete, turn the knob to the "WARM" setting to keep food at a serving temperature.
  6. Serve: Use the provided ladles or serving utensils. The lid rests can be used to keep countertops clean.
  7. Turn Off: After serving, turn all control knobs to "OFF" and unplug the unit from the wall outlet.
