4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Monitor Installation
The monitor can be installed on the windshield or dashboard. The detachable bracket allows for flexible positioning and easy removal for charging or adjustments.
- Attach the removable bracket to the desired location on your windshield or dashboard using the adhesive provided. Ensure the surface is clean and dry.
- Slide the TPMS monitor onto the bracket. The angle can be adjusted for optimal viewing.
- Ensure the monitor does not obstruct your view while driving.

4.2 Sensor Installation
Install the external sensors on your vehicle's tire valves. Each sensor is labeled (FL, FR, RL, RR) for its corresponding tire (Front Left, Front Right, Rear Left, Rear Right).
- Remove the original valve cap from the tire valve.
- Screw on a hex nut onto the tire valve.
- Screw the corresponding sensor (e.g., FL for Front Left) onto the tire valve until it is hand-tight.
- Tighten the hex nut against the sensor using the provided wrench to secure it and prevent theft.
- Repeat for all four tires.

Note: The sensors are pre-paired with the monitor. If a sensor is replaced, it may need to be re-paired. Refer to the troubleshooting section for pairing instructions.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off and Automatic Functions
- Initial Power On: Press and hold the left button on the monitor for more than 3 seconds to turn it on.
- Automatic Wake-up: The TPMS monitor will automatically turn on when it detects vehicle vibration (e.g., opening a car door, starting the engine).
- Automatic Sleep Mode: If no vibration is detected for 5 minutes after parking, the monitor will automatically enter sleep mode to conserve power.

5.2 Display and Alarm Modes
The 3.5-inch large screen displays real-time tire pressure and temperature for all four tires simultaneously. The system features six alarm modes:
- Rapid Air Leak Alarm: Alerts to sudden and significant pressure drops.
- High Pressure Alarm: Activates if tire pressure exceeds the set high limit.
- Low Pressure Alarm: Activates if tire pressure falls below the set low limit.
- High Temperature Alarm: Warns if tire temperature exceeds the set limit.
- Sensor Data Loss Alarm: Indicates a sensor is not transmitting data.
- Low Battery Alarm: Alerts when the monitor or sensor battery is low.

5.3 Mode Switching (2-Wheel / 4-Wheel)
The system supports switching between 2-wheel mode (for trailers) and 4-wheel mode (for cars). This allows for accurate monitoring without unnecessary alarms when fewer sensors are active.
- To switch modes, access the system settings (refer to the full manual for specific button sequences).
- Select "2-Wheel Mode" if using only two sensors (e.g., for a trailer).
- Select "4-Wheel Mode" for standard car applications with four sensors.

5.4 Setting Alarm Values
This TPMS allows for separate high and low pressure alarm settings for front and rear tires, providing more precise monitoring tailored to your vehicle's requirements.
- Enter the settings menu on the monitor.
- Navigate to the alarm value adjustment section.
- Set the desired high pressure alarm value for the front tires (e.g., 3.45 bar).
- Set the desired low pressure alarm value for the front tires (e.g., 1.95 bar).
- Repeat the process for the rear tires, setting their specific high and low pressure alarm values (e.g., 5.85 bar high, 2.55 bar low).
- Save your settings before exiting the menu.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Monitor Charging
The monitor supports two charging methods:
- Solar Charging: The integrated solar panel charges the monitor when exposed to sunlight. Ensure the monitor is placed in a location with adequate sun exposure.
- USB Type-C Charging: For cloudy days or when solar charging is insufficient, use the provided USB Type-C cable to charge the monitor via a car charger or other USB power source.
Important: Charge the monitor for more than 3 hours before its first use. When fully charged, a long press of the left button will turn it on.

6.2 Sensor Battery Replacement
The external sensors use replaceable CR1632 lithium-polymer batteries. When a low battery alarm for a sensor is triggered, replace its battery.
- Unscrew the sensor from the tire valve.
- Carefully open the sensor casing.
- Remove the old CR1632 battery.
- Insert a new CR1632 battery, ensuring correct polarity.
- Close the sensor casing and re-install it on the tire valve, following the installation steps in Section 4.2.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Monitor does not turn on. | Low battery; not powered on manually. | Charge the monitor via solar or USB-C. Press and hold the left button for 3 seconds to power on. |
| No tire data displayed. | Sensors not installed; sensor battery low; sensor not paired; vehicle stationary. | Ensure sensors are correctly installed. Replace sensor batteries if needed. Drive the vehicle for a short distance to activate sensors. If still no data, re-pair sensors (refer to full manual for pairing steps). |
| Inaccurate pressure readings. | Sensor not fully tightened; incorrect alarm settings. | Ensure sensors are tightly secured. Verify alarm settings are appropriate for your vehicle. |
| Alarm sounds frequently. | Alarm thresholds set too close to normal operating pressure; actual tire issue. | Adjust high/low pressure alarm values to suitable levels. Check tires for actual pressure issues or leaks. |
| Monitor screen is dim. | Backlight setting is low; low ambient light. | Adjust backlight brightness settings on the monitor. |
