4. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your dehumidifier for first-time use:

  1. Unpack the Dehumidifier: Carefully remove the dehumidifier and all packaging materials from the box. Ensure all components are present, including the dehumidifier unit and the user manual.

  1. Power On/Off: Press the Power Button (Power Icon) once to turn the unit on. The indicator light will illuminate, and the dehumidifier will begin operating in standard mode. Press the button again to turn the unit off.
  2. Sleep Mode: Press the Sleep Mode Button (Sleep Mode Icon) to activate sleep mode. In this mode, the operating noise level is reduced to approximately 30 decibels, and the LED light will automatically turn off for undisturbed rest. Press again to exit sleep mode.
  3. Light Control: Press the Light Button (Light Icon) to cycle through the 7 available LED colors. Pressing the button repeatedly will change the color. To turn off the light, press the button until the light is off.
  4. Water Tank Full Indicator: When the 95-ounce water tank is full or incorrectly positioned, the unit will automatically shut off, and a red light will illuminate to indicate that the tank needs to be emptied or re-positioned correctly.

  2. Cleaning the Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the dehumidifier with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  3. Cleaning the Air Filter: Periodically check and clean the air filter to prevent dust buildup and maintain efficiency. Gently remove the filter and clean it with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner. If heavily soiled, wash with mild soap and water, then allow it to air dry completely before reinserting.
