- Power On: Ensure the dryer is powered on. The screen will display current ambient temperature (PV), set temperature (SV), and real-time humidity.
- Select Material: Tap the "Material" area on the screen to cycle through pre-set filament types (PLA, ABS, TPU, PETG, PP, PC, PA, PET, PLA-CF, PA-CF, PETG-CF, ASA). Each selection will automatically set a recommended temperature.
- Adjust Temperature (Optional): If you need to manually adjust the temperature, use the up/down arrows next to "SV" to set the desired temperature between 45°C and 70°C.
- Set Drying Time: Tap the "Time" area and use the up/down arrows to set the desired drying duration between 0 and 48 hours.
- Start Drying: Tap the power icon (circle with vertical line) to start the drying process. The screen will show a drying countdown.
- Switch Temperature Unit: Tap the gear icon to access settings and switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).

| Filament Type | Temperature (°C) | Drying Time (Hours) |
|---|---|---|
| PLA | 50 | 4-8 |
| TPU | 55 | 4-8 |
| PP | 55 | 4-8 |
| ABS | 65 | 8-12 |
| ASA | 65 | 8-12 |
| PETG | 60 | 4-8 |
| PC | 65 | 8-12 |
| PA (Nylon) | 65 | ≥12 |
| PET | 60 | 4-8 |
| PLA-CF | 50 | 4-8 |
| PETG-CF | 60 | 4-8 |
| PA-CF | 65 | ≥12 |
The dryer is compatible with both 1.75mm and 2.85mm filament diameters.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the dryer in a cool, dry place.
- Filament Storage: For best results, store dried filaments in airtight containers with desiccant packs after removal from the dryer.
8. Troubleshooting
| Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Dryer not powering on | Power cable not connected; Power switch off; Outlet malfunction | Check power cable connection; Ensure power switch is ON; Test outlet with another device. |
| Filament still wet after drying | Incorrect temperature/time settings; Extremely high initial moisture content | Verify settings against recommended parameters; Extend drying time or increase temperature within safe limits. |
| Inaccurate humidity reading | Sensor obstruction; Environmental factors | Ensure nothing is blocking the humidity sensor; Allow unit to stabilize in a consistent environment. |
| Filament not feeding smoothly when printing directly | PTFE tube kinked or improperly installed; Spool resistance | Check PTFE tube for kinks and proper installation; Ensure spool rotates freely within the dryer. |
