Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Regularly clean your keyboard to ensure optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe down the keycaps and chassis. For deeper cleaning, you can use the provided keycap puller to remove keycaps and clean underneath.
2. Switch Care
The keyboard features Kailh Box Pink Silent mechanical switches. These switches are designed for durability (50 million presses) and a linear feel with low activation force. Avoid exposing the switches to excessive dust or liquids. If a switch feels inconsistent, ensure no debris is lodged within it.

Troubleshooting
1. Connectivity Issues
- Wired: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard (left half) and your computer. Try a different USB port or cable.
- Bluetooth: Verify the keyboard is charged. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and the keyboard is in pairing mode. Remove any previous pairings and attempt to re-pair.
2. Key Remapping Not Working
If your custom key mappings are not functioning as expected, ensure you have applied the changes through the Kinesis Clique interface and that the keyboard is connected via USB during the remapping process. For advanced configurations, consult the Kinesis Clique User Manual or online resources.
3. Firmware Updates
Kinesis periodically releases firmware updates to improve performance and add features. Check the Kinesis website or the Kinesis Clique application for the latest firmware and instructions on how to update your keyboard.
