Setup

1. Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
2. Wash the stainless steel milk pitcher, lid, and whisk set with warm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
3. Place the frother base unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
4. Ensure the whisk is correctly installed at the bottom of the milk pitcher.
5. Place the dry milk pitcher onto the base unit.
6. Connect the power cord to a suitable electrical outlet. The unit will beep and the display will illuminate.

Operating Instructions

The Maestri House MMF-9304 offers versatile settings for temperature and froth thickness, controlled via an intuitive touch panel.

Filling the Milk Pitcher:

• The pitcher has a generous 21oz (600mL) capacity.
• For frothing, do not exceed the 10.1oz (300mL) mark to prevent overflow.
• For heating milk or hot chocolate, you can fill up to 21oz (600mL).
• Always ensure the liquid level is above the minimum mark.

Smart Touch Control Panel:

The control panel allows selection of various functions. If the unit is idle for 60 seconds, it will enter standby mode. Press any button to reactivate.

Temperature Settings:

2. Place the lid on the pitcher.
3. Press the power button to activate the unit.
4. Use the touch controls to select your desired froth thickness and temperature.
5. Press the Start button to begin the process. The unit will automatically stop when complete.
